If I hang out every now and then will that count against me....what are some thing that judges look for in custody dispuutes...I am not perfect but I dont abuse or neglect or do any drugs...I do drink socially sometimesI am going through a custody dispute in NY what are some things I should do to cover my own a** in this case?
Show your responsibility, show your integrity, your kindness to your children, your love of them, and absolutely go on the offense in a nice but pity-filled- way to war your ex. Make sure the court knows how your ex is everything you are not.
