I'm doing a cover for a dvd and I want the size of the cover in inches.

The paper under the plastic is 10 3/4 in. X 7 1/4 in.
The DVD case inserts are a single printed sheet that measures 273mm x 183mm and it slots in behind the clear plastic cover on the outside of DVD cases.
